Join us for a four course sharing menu designed by our chefs, inspired by the region of Bologna – the capital and largest city of the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy. Bologna is known for incredible cured meats and is the true home of Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar.

Swap trackside for waterside and watch the race on our TVs while enjoying a bespoke sharing feast menu for $120 per person. We'll also be hosting a friendly game of sweepstakes and giving away prizes for the best dressed!

Join us for a four course sharing menu designed by our chefs, inspired by Salento in Puglia. Salento denotes the true 'heel' looking part of the region; it is true 'southern' Puglia. The food of Salento is driven by vegetables in season to accompany meats, beautiful cheeses and pasta.

Let our chefs do the cooking and cleaning this Christmas! Book a table at Chiosco instead and celebrate waterside with friends and family overlooking the marina. We'll have a set menu for $275 per adult, or $90 per child under 12 years.  Menu announced soon.​
